Mduduzi completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Econometrics (cum laude). He obtained his Honours Degree in Econometrics in 2013 from the University of Johannesburg.

He commenced his career in Equity Investment Analysis at an investment management firm, spanning a three-year period from 2014. During this period, he cut his teeth in the Industrials and Resources sectors. Mduduzi subsequently completed a one-year internship at a stock brokerage, acquiring modelling and analytical competencies in the Apparel Retail and Luxury Goods sectors. The pivot of his ability to add value derives from his abiding passion for macroeconomic analysis synthesized with acquired capabilities in bottom up fundamental investment analysis.

Mduduzi joined Legacy Africa Fund Managers in September 2018 as a Quantitative & Research Analyst.
