Kelebantswe completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting as well as a Higher Diploma in Accounting Science from the University of the Witwatersrand.

She completed her Charted Accounting articles and qualified as a Charted Accountant in 2016. Kelebantswe has a nine-year career in Corporate and Investment Banking, with a focus on mid-market lending and investments. She was seconded for a year as a consultant in the BEE partnership, affording her a diverse skills base including, but not limited to analytics and financial modelling. She has served in various leadership and committees.

Kelebantswe joined Legacy Africa Capital Partners in March 2023 as a Private Equity Senior Associate.
