Xolani just recently joined Legacy Africa at the beginning of July 2024 as an Equity Research Analyst. He completed his Master’s degree in Financial Economics in 2017, he also holds an honours degree in Econometrics, a degree in Economics and Econometrics and an advanced diploma in Financial Markets all from the University of Johannesburg.

He commenced his finance career in para-planning and financial advisory program at Old Mutual (Allegiance) spanning one year and eight months from 2017.

He then joined Noah Capital markets as a stockbroker in 2019, in a learnership which span two years from 2019, and still at Noah, he joined the equity research team in 2021 (until June 2024) as a junior Equity Research Analyst.

During this period, he acquired his modelling and analytical competencies conducting fundamental analysis in small caps, hospitals and pharmaceuticals companies as well as the metals and mining sector. To solidify his competencies as an investment professional, Xolani has enrolled for the CFA program and is currently in preparations for his level 2 exam.
